Hi, thank you for your interest in my work. Due to the unique handmade nature of my pieces, all sales are final. 

If you have questions before purchasing about a particular piece, please get in touch with me and I can send more photos or videos before purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at joelhernandezart@gmail.com with:

-Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

-Your order number

I will assess the situation and work with you on a resolution.

I take great care in packaging each piece to ensure safe arrival, But if you have concerns about shipping, please reach out before purchasing.
